If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.

* You may return or exchange any book or non-book item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) within 7 days of receiving your order. Non-Book items must also include all original tags and packaging.

* For all returns, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend returning your items using an insured and traceable method.

All orders are charged a minimum of $5.95 for shipping, plus applicable taxes.

Order processing time is 3 – 5 business days for orders paid and received Monday - Friday.

Order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m. EST (New York).

For any order placed on holidays, Saturday or Sunday, processing time will begin the next business day.

Items currently in stock will be shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Shipping times will vary based on shipping destination but will range from 5 -10 business days.

Once in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us at info@qurioustheologianacademy.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
